How I charge for my Direct Response Marketing & Business Consulting:
Project: Most of my consulting for clients is done on a "project" basis. During the first stage, the client and I typically agree to a detailed list of tasks and goals (Time frame is usually 1-4 weeks) for a fixed fee (typically anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000). Usually, following the initial "project," we agree to additional "project" assignments.
Contract: Clients also wish to retain me on a full-time basis in exchange for a fixed monthly consulting fee. This arrangement is usually for a period of 2-12 months or more.
Contingent/Performance: For clients with a quality web site or business product/service/opportunity and with good tracking and reporting capabilites, I ALWAYS prefer to be paid on performance. This is less risk for my clients and even more motivation for me to the hit the proverbial Grand Slam for you and your business. I would be paid a long term residual percentage of all gross sales of the company, or on the gross sales I generate over what the company normally does or its current baseline sales.
Hourly Rate: I accept consulting assignments on an "hourly" basis for individuals or for people/businesses on a very tight budget. My rate is $200 per hour, paid in advance. You will be blown away with what we will accomplish and what you can learn in just 1-2 hours of time together. Before we talk by phone or in person, I will visit your website in advance so I can spend some time researching and getting a good feel for your business and industry. (No, you don't get charged for that either, if you're wondering! I know you are!)
You can also get a 7 hour consulting package while my time permits right now forjust $1,000. With the 7 hour consulting package you also get unlimited emails for 30 days! (I know.I'm so opening up Pandora's box with this one!) I also don't have a problem with 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, or more people combining their monetaryresources to do a group conference call or in-person group meeting with me for a specific amount of time. I have been there with no money or very little money; I know it's a terrible feeling.
Because of this, I will always do anything I can within reason to accomodate and help as many people as I can. This set up works very well with mlm's, network marketing companies, company sales organizations, or associations like, say the BBB.
Hire a Website Copywriter:
I charge $1 per word for writing money making email letters, direct response website long copy sales letters, classified ads, google ads, or any other online advertisement. I charge an additional .50 cents per word for direct response web design.
